Hi there,

So lovely of you to come to this part of my site! I am sure you want to hear a little bit more about me as a person, my experience, and what I could potentially bring to your business?

Well, I’m Jenny and Spoonful of Sugar - VA came about due to a crazy accident that involved my dog running into my leg (yes he is a big dog!) that resulted in me having the time to reflect on what I wanted to do, and how I could potentially continue my passion of helping businesses - and thus SoS-VA was born!

A little about my experience, for almost 6 years I was a project manager within the tech space, juggling multiple clients, timelines, stakeholders & developers! I have managed a variety of projects from large systematic B2B changes to full web e-commerce redesigns and everything in-between. Here I was able to develop a lot of skills in not just my tech knowledge, but my organisational, multitasking & communication skills. In a strange turn of events and to try something a little different, my most recent role was Head of Operations for a catering company, which showed me how much I enjoy being a helping hand to growing business in the ways that I know how! And that is how I am here today :)

Outside of work, I am a BIG foodie, I always say that my favourite hobby is tasting and chewing! I’m always looking up new restaurants & trying out new recipes at home, and I have an amazing list of london restaurants on google maps that’ll share with you if you’re lucky! In the spring & summer I love going camping & hiking, and hopefully in the near future I’ll have my own little van to go explore the UK and beyond in. I am also a dog mum to a very silly looking german shepherd x lurcher called Hector who, despite the knee injury, I adore very much.
